Brief and Site Analysis
We begin by understanding your vision, usage requirements, maintenance expectations and budget. We conduct a thorough site analysis: soil conditions, drainage patterns, existing vegetation, microclimate, solar exposure and views. This comprehensive understanding informs every subsequent decision.
Concept Design and Master Planning
We develop a holistic landscape concept that integrates hardscape, softscape, water features and lighting. We create master plans that establish spatial hierarchy, circulation routes, activity zones and planting strategies. Our DESIGN respond to the site's natural character while enhancing its beauty and functionality.
Design Development and Detailing
We refine the design with detailed planting schedules, hardscape specifications, irrigation layouts and lighting DESIGN. We select appropriate species based on climate suitability, water efficiency and seasonal interest. We develop construction details for paving, walls, water features and site furniture.
Tendering and Procurement
We prepare comprehensive tender documentation and assist with contractor selection. We manage the procurement of all materials, plants and site furniture, coordinating with nurseries and suppliers to ensure quality, availability and budget alignment. Our rigorous approach ensures project viability.
Site Supervision and Handover
We oversee all site works, including earthworks, hardscape installation, planting and irrigation commissioning. We conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and design compliance. Upon completion, we provide a maintenance manual and planting care guide, ensuring your landscape thrives for years to come.
